Glowing skin is usually associated with healthy skin. However, this doesn’t pertain only to a beautiful face, but also glowing and soft hands, which can substantially contribute to one’s appearance and personality. Given that the skin on our hands is not as particularly sensitive as the skin on our faces, we are free to experiment a little bit more when it comes to making our hands beautiful.
Here are fairness tips to get glowing hands
The same way our face needs proper scrubbing and cleaning, our hands require proper care as well. Dead skin cells that accumulate on the surface of our hands can camouflage and darken our hands’ natural skin tone. To get rid of those dead cells, you should use a mild body wash or a cleanser while taking a bath. Once you remove the dirt from your hands, scrub them with either an over-the-counter scrub or a homemade one.
Avoid harsh soaps
Keep in mind that using an ordinary soap is usually not enough. By regularly washing your hands with harsh chemicals, you will remove the natural oil content from your hands. It is to use a mild hand cleaner, which will clean your hands without making them dry.
Moisturizing is one of the key elements of skincare. It is well-known that dry hands can significantly affect your skin’s complexion. Therefore, try to moisturize your hands every evening with a mild moisturizer.
Cucumber, lemon, and milk
A mixture of these ingredients can greatly contribute towards lightening your hands’ skin tone. All you have to do is take two tsp of cucumber juice, one tsp of lemon juice, and two tsp of raw milk, mix them and leave that mixture on your hands for 10 minutes, before washing them usingcold water.
Lemon juice and honey
These can work small wonders for your skin tone. Use 1 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of milk powder, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice to make a mixture. Apply this mixture on your hands and leave it for 20 minutes, before cleaning the mixture with a warm damp cloth
Yogurt, tomato, and oatmeal
Another great and effective mixture for hand lightening. Yogurt will effectively moisturize your skin, oatmeal will scrub your hands of any dead skin cells, while the tomato juice will improve the skin complexion. Use two tabs of each to make a paste, which you will rub on your hands, leave for fifteen – twenty minutes and subsequently wash using cold water.
A very simple and available method. Potato juice is well-known for its ability to give the skin tone a fairer look. For this, take a potato, peel it and cut it into thin slices. Then, rub these slices on your hands, while focusing on the darkened areas. Make sure to leave the juice for at least fifteen minutes and then use cold water to wash it off. For the best results, you should do this on a daily basis.
